Glenwood School TraditionsGlenwood School is distinguished as a school rich in local tradition, especially during the holiday season. Prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas break, students, staff, and invited guests come together to enjoy a festive, formal holiday dinner prepared by the school staff and served by one of the high school classes. This festive celebration includes music from the music department, poetry readings, art exhibit, and gift exchanges during the Christmas dinner. With a snowy backdrop and an abundance of good cheer, Glenwood offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Glenwood holds a long history of excellence in athletics as well as academics. The trophy cases are filled with awards and the gym walls are lined with district, regional, and championship banners. |
